Proposed quotas renew on the first of each month in America/Los_Angeles, with no rollover. At the limit, AI pauses until renewal; manual planning stays available. Unlimited refers to workspace capacity, with 1 million AI tokens included per month.
These are product proposals. The current local app uses the configured API key and a subscription-based allowance; API charges are separate. Plan selection alone does not change your allowance. Paid access begins only after Stripe verifies your subscription.

Yes. Create and edit tasks and steps manually, keep notes, use the calendar, and track progress without connecting an AI key.
Does Unlimited include unlimited AI?
No. The proposed Unlimited plan removes workspace capacity limits and includes 1,000,000 AI tokens each month. AI has a stated allowance on every tier.
Can I buy a paid plan today?
Choose a plan to review its recurring price. Sign in, then continue to Stripe when the workspace owner has connected payment setup. If setup is incomplete, checkout explains what is missing. Your plan changes only after payment verification.
What happens when I run out of AI tokens?
The proposed plans pause AI until the monthly allowance renews. Manual planning remains available. The current local app already tracks and enforces its subscription-based token quota.
